Description
Decaf Monk is currently composed of a coffee from the farm of Ricardo Tavares, Fazenda Primavera, in Chapada de Minas, Brazil.
Caffeine is naturally removed, with no chemicals involved. More on the Swiss Water decaffeination process can be found here.
Decaf Monk is as fresh and flavorful as our caffeinated coffees and pairs wonderfully with milk. The current iteration, featuring the SWP processed lot from Brazil, is sweet, smooth, and full bodied. We taste: apple butter, cola, mixed nuts, nougat, vanilla, marshmallow, baking spice, brown sugar, caramel.
