With a focus on three principal characteristics, each expert has reviewed and rated this premium roast from Tarrazú, one of the world’s best coffee-growing regions.
More than 80% of Santa María de Dota, the home of the elusive quetzal, is a protected area. Coffee is shade-grown throughout the valley. Beans from this region are known for their intense flavor, with a full body and marked acidity.
The notes of orange and peach and highlighted nicely by the sweet floral aroma.
