This farm, one of the best known in Costa Rica, is famous for its coffee-making method. This way of processing the coffee gives it an aroma of honey or brown sugar – although the name of the method is actually derived from how sticky the coffee beans become during processing. The result in the cup fully reflects the way it is processed, the result being a sweet coffee with wine notes with a pink grapefruit acidity.
