Description
Nueva Linda has a creamy mouthfeel with a sweet, chocolatey taste and a nutty finish. Because of it’s origins near the Guatemalan border, this coffee is similar to light bodied, mild coffees from Guatemala. Washed and patio dried, medium roast.
This coffee is washed and patio dried on the Nueva Linda farm in Chiapas, Mexico. Chiapas borders the Guatemalan coffee growing area of Huehuetenango, so you will find similarities between coffees grown in those regions. In general, you can expect Mexican coffee to be light-bodied and mild, with subtle flavors.
