Our 17/18 screen unroasted Colombian Supremo beans are sourced from the Medellin, Huila and Bucaramanga regions. Colombian coffee is one of the most versatile coffees that you will work with. It’s rich body, and balanced attributes make this coffee an amazing single origin coffee, a blend for drip coffee, or even in an espresso blend. This Colombian Supremo coffee doesn’t have the very strong bright acidity to hold up in a light roast but will do very well from a light/medium roast all the way up to your darkest italian roasts.
