Description
This coffee is a wonderful example of high-quality coffee from the Tolima region in Colombia. With pineapple, grape, and honey notes (plus guava and lavender in the finish) and an incredibly buttery body. We know it will have you hooked from the first sip!
This single producer lot comes from the co-op ‘ASOTBILBAO’ that we have been working with since 2015. It’s created by Hermes Laguna, who grew up farming coffee and now runs his farm with his wife, Luz Mery, along with the help of their three sons. Over the past few years, they’ve decided to focus on quality coffee rather than just producing for volume and this coffee displays the fruits of his efforts – it’s objectively outstanding.
