What we like about this coffee: Colombian coffee is special. There are Colombian coffees we’ve worked with that are unlike any coffee we’ve ever come across. Exquisite Colombian coffee has the potential to have so many (if not all) of the qualities sought in the most pristine of coffees: richness, clarity, tactile weight, dried fruit character, spices, complexity, and the perfect balance.

It took a number of years for our importing partners, Red Fox Coffee Merchants, to work through the logistical issues presented when supporting the farming communities in Tablón de Gómez to get their coffee to the super-premium market. The coffee that came as a result of this problem-solving partnership is nothing short of spectacular. This is a new area of Narino represented on our menu this year and we are grateful to have the opportunity to roast this coffee from Cristian Muñoz.
