Beto Gutierrez and his beautiful Mi Cielito farm is a COE winner and grows some amazing coffees in the mountains of Santa Barbara Honduras. We have reserved this IHCAFE 90 variety this year which is the first time we are featuring under our partnerships with growers in Central America.
grown at 1750 masl, shade grown, washed process has everything you are looking on a rare and delicious coffee. this coffee undergoes through a verx strict quality control 100% of the cherries are ripe, tested with brix levels, sun dried. the key on this great coffee is Good agronomic practices on the coffee plantation, control on the milling process, selective harvest, and good practices on the washing, drying and storage of the coffee.
