Caffè Mokaflor – Miscela Rossa

Mokaflor Miscela Rossa is a blend with a strong, vigorous character, which combines the body of Brazilian Arabica, the sweetness of Central American Arabica and the creaminess of Indian and Indonesian Robusta. An aftertaste of citrus and very slight acidity is perceived.

In the cup there is a cream of a dark-brown hazelnut; notes of wood and cocoa are perceived on the nose. In the mouth, the coffee greatly enhances the body and bitterness, contrasted by a pleasant sweetness. Just hinted at the acidity.

Since  1950 , we have been importing coffee from all over the world and roasting them in Florence, in our roasting shop in via delle Torri. Since  Vasco Bernini  took over the company in which he was employed,  Mokaflor  has always remained a family business, seeing it today in its third generation. For  almost 70 years  , our main focus has been on  selecting, testing and researching  the best coffee varieties from all over the world, roasting them individually to achieve the ideal roasting profile of each of them.
