Caffè Mokaflor – Miscela Oro
Mokaflor Miscela Oro is a blend that combines the extraordinary aromaticity of American washed Arabica, the body of Brazilian Minas Gerais coffees and the characteristic velvety cream typical of Indian Robustas of selected production. The aftertaste is spicy and intense. All the coffees that make up the blend are grown in the shade together with banana and pepper trees.
Coffee describes an excellent body and well-balanced sensations. In the tasting sheet, the bitter-acidity-sweetness factors are all between 4 and 5, a sign of great balance. The nose reveals notes of biscuit and vanilla, in some cases of light cocoa.
Since 1950 , we have been importing coffee from all over the world and roasting them in Florence, in our roasting shop in via delle Torri. Since Vasco Bernini took over the company in which he was employed, Mokaflor has always remained a family business, seeing it today in its third generation. For almost 70 years , our main focus has been on selecting, testing and researching the best coffee varieties from all over the world, roasting them individually to achieve the ideal roasting profile of each of them.
