Caffè Mokaflor – Biologico
This delicate 100% Arabica blend, certified organic, harmonizes the finesse and aromaticity of deep-sea washed Central American Arabica with the body of natural Santos Arabica. When tasted, the blend reveals pleasant notes of freshness and a characteristic sensation of chocolate.
This blend brings us a hazelnut-colored cream with clear stripes in the cup. The acidity to the taste is evident, thanks to the Arabica coffees that compose it. Interesting sweetness and bitterness, however balanced between them. Sensations of cardamom, vanilla and tobacco are perceived.
Since 1950 , we have been importing coffee from all over the world and roasting them in Florence, in our roasting shop in via delle Torri. Since Vasco Bernini took over the company in which he was employed, Mokaflor has always remained a family business, seeing it today in its third generation. For almost 70 years , our main focus has been on selecting, testing and researching the best coffee varieties from all over the world, roasting them individually to achieve the ideal roasting profile of each of them.
