Description
Good coffee from the French Press tastes intense and strong and is characterized by its full body. This is due to the contact time of the hot water with the coffee. In addition, the metal sieve of the French Press holds back the ground coffee when pouring, but not the flavor-intensive oils contained in the coffee. This gives the coffee a completely different character, making it fuller, stronger, and less nuanced than filter coffee from a hand filter or the Chemex.
