While many Ethiopian naturals are full-force berry-blast, this natural Ethiopian maintains the expected sweetness but in a more gentle fashion: delicate strawberry beginnings, dainty jasmine florals, and a lingering sweetness of dried apricot.

This super clean natural comes from the hands of Aliye Majo, a small lot producer in Sidama, Ethiopia. Aliye is focused on quality and on advancing the future of traceable, single-producer Ethiopian coffee. Being a small lot farmer, he partnered with Asnake Bekele’s producing group to bring this coffee to the international market.

Asnake Bekele is a trusted Ethiopian man who has worked with Catalyst Trade since 2014 and is responsible for producing many of the Ethiopian coffees we carry throughout the year.
