Description

Ethiopia is coffee’s storied birthplace – a place where brewing and consuming it is ceremony and a matter of national identity. From Yemen, Java, to Latin America: all coffee shares a genetic heritage with the coffee wilds of the lush Ethiopian highlands.

Each region carries with it a unique profile and coffee experience that we aim to share with this blend: from the sweet, citric complexity found in Limmu to the floral, fruit-forward harvest of Sidama and Yirgacheffe. We select lots from these various regions throughout the year to create a cup profile that shares the best of what Ethiopian coffee can be.
