The Peaberry coffee bean is harvested from the same trees as the flat bean, and is unique since it does not split into two halves as the regular (flat) bean, but remains closed. It is rare because it represents only 2-3% of the coffee harvest. The coffee beans are certified by the Coffee Industry Board as 100% Jamaica Blue Mountain®. Medium roast.
