Rwanda Kanzu – Fellow Coffee
We’re in love with this super-sweet coffee from the tropical volcanic soils of Rwanda, to the west of Lake Kivu. Onyx rarely offers coffees from this region and we’re so happy to share their roast here. Thanks to focussed aid and fantastic management, the Kanzu Washing Station has elevated Rwanda’s coffee industry with its consistently delicious lots and this natural process is a crowd pleaser. We tasted brown sugar, honeycomb, and apricot jam.
