Description

This coffee represents a blend of micro lots we put together at Henrique’s cupping lab in Santo Antonio in Sul De Minas. Yellow Catucai, Mundo Novo, & Acaia form this sweet, chocolatey coffee we love as a base for our espresso, cold brew, as well as any other brewing method. This coffee is well-balanced and an overall crowd pleaser.Henrique has worked with us over the past 3 years to dial in a blend that suits our taste, and Relogio De Dali (named after the museum-worthy clock collection at Vila Boa, one of the micro farms that make up this blend) is just that. 

This is a relationship coffee.
