Rare Earth was founded in Clovis in 2014 by Ernie and Trevor Beal. Since then our team has been working hard to bring our customers the best coffee possible.
We use the air roasting technique to roast our beans rather than drum roasting. This allows us to create a crisp and never bitter coffee. Only about 1% of coffee roasters in the world use the air roasting technique.
Our roastery is open to the public and we invite you to join us and experience the air roasted difference!
