Brazil

Brazil’s coffee production is responsible for about a third of total coffee, making Brazil by far the largest producer in the world, a position the country has held for the past 150 years. The coffee plantations, which cover approximately 27,000 km2, are located mainly in the southeastern states of Minas Gerais, São Paulo, and Paraná, where the environment and climate offer ideal growing conditions.
