Description
It is an Arabica coffee of the Bourbon variety grown at 1,000-1,300 meters above sea level and treated with a drying process. We find honeyed notes of caramel and musician’s desserts, flavor of cereals and nuts, slight citric acidity, remarkable body and aftertaste of milk chocolate.
