This nano lot yellow pacamara natural manages to be incredibly delicate while still packing a punch. Our lightest roast in quite some time is a wonderful coffee to brighten up these last days of winter. This coffee is super juicy, sweet, and tart. It reminds us of green apple, black tea with lemon, and the feeling in your cheeks as you drink it, we think that is pineapple juice.

Finca Idealista is the flagship farm of Gold Mountain Coffee Growers. This company does incredible things; from buying a rainforest just to protect it, to using mushrooms as pesticides, and machetes instead of herbicides. We love what they stand for and how they support the producers with whom they work. Finca Guadajey is also a coffee purchased with the help of Gold Mountain.

To put it plainly, Benjamin Weiner of Finca Idealista and Gold Mountain Coffee Growers is knowledgable, innovative, and compassionate. We feel lucky to have brought in several coffees from his farm and through his company this year and we cannot wait to try the coffees he is currently harvesting.

Being a nano lot, there simply isn’t much of this coffee to go around. We really only have a handful of roasts of this coffee. Get it while you can!
