Why Does Fresh Roasted Matter?
Coffee consumed within 2 weeks of roasting will give you the best cup of coffee possible. Due to the distribution process, coffee in the grocery stores and other retail outlets takes weeks, if not months, to reach the consumer...which means most of the coffee is actually "stale" by the time it gets to you.
