FRESH CROP HAS ARRIVED! We are excited to share with you this super approachable coffee from the Comon Yaj Noptic Cooperative (meaning “all of us think”). This lot comes to us again for the second time from 160 members who live on the border of Guatemala in Chiapas and is a community blend made up of regional varieties of coffee from many small farm plots.

If you’ve tried any of our recent Mexican lots, this one will be very similar with mild nuttiness, nice sweetness and citrus notes – perfect for morning batch brewing and daily drinking. This Cooperative has been Certified Organic since 2003 and Fair Trade Certified since 2009 which is also awesome and we are proud to be supporting their work through our partners at Cafe Imports who have been working with the co-op for over 10 years!
