Since 2005, we’ve worked to bring you these elements in each cup of Mad River Coffee Roasters coffee.
We started Mad River Coffee Roasters because Dave (owner and roast master) couldn’t find a cup of coffee he liked. It was always too bitter or too acidic and upset his stomach. With some previous brewing and roasting experience already under his belt, Dave set out to find, blend, and develop coffee that he could drink and enjoy.
After years of research, testing, and tasting, Mad River Coffee Roasters now sources the finest coffee beans from around the world and produces fresh, small batch roasted blends that are full-bodied, flavorful, mellow, and downright delicious. It’s our privilege to share them with you.
With the success of the coffee side of the business, we saw an opportunity to expand when a local restaurant shuttered its doors. Melissa joined the company and helped establish the bakery, as well as our lunch menu. It’s now truly a family business as our kids, The Cookie Monsters, help out in the summers and when they can.
