Roasting
The art of composing different varieties from different cultivation countries is at the center of a long tradition of roasting in Italy. For the new range "Il Suono de LaSelva", the beans are roasted in small quantities in gentle drum roasting up to 220 ° C for up to 15 minutes. This gives the Italian roasting its intense flavor, removes acidity and caffeine, and makes the espresso more digestible. Careful processing for the best quality!
