Lariat was founded in 2006 and operates under the guiding principles of courage, integrity, and respect. Our business ethic is simple, if you are honest in work, thought, and deed, appearances will take care of themselves. We work each day with the aim of surpassing the expectations of all the folks we do business with; and we abide by the old cowboy saying, “There’s right, and there’s wrong, and nothing in between.”
Lariat Coffee Roasters sits in the shadow of the North Cascades in the Old West town of Winthrop, Washington. We are surrounded by natural beauty and a community rich in character and history dating back to the 1800’s. It is here, in this place we call home, that Lariat combines good taste and hard work to bring you the perfect cup of coffee.
