Located in beautiful Pennsauken, New Jersey, Lacas Coffee is one of the nation's longest-running independent coffee roasters. Since 1921, we have been selecting and importing only the highest quality new crop Arabica beans from family-owned farms throughout the world’s coffee growing regions.
Our Original Blends, Specialty, Organic, and Fair Trade coffees are custom roasted at our solar-powered facility and delivered fresh to demanding distributors, restaurants, hotels, specialty coffee shops and retailers.
SOURCING CERTIFIED SUSTAINABLE COFFEE
We source our coffees from all over the world:
Hawaii, Mexico, Jamaica, Central America (Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Ecuador), South America (Colombia, Brazil, Peru), East Africa (Ethiopia, Kenya, Burundi, Tanzania) and South East Asia (Indonesia, Vietnam, Papua New Guinea, Java) and specialties from other parts of the world.
Some of these coffees, like our Mexican Chiapas Dark Roast, are sourced from Fair Trade Organic certified farms. We also seasonally purchase coffee from farms with the following certifications: Rainforest Alliance, and various others!
