Today, wild forest coffee of unrivaled variety and quality grows in Ethiopia’s last rainforests. Without the use of plantation, it is completely natural and has an incredible aroma. The wild varieties from the various forest areas to which they have adapted over thousands of years all have different characters, much like well-tended vines that produce a different wine depending on the soil and location.
Some are fruity, others are strong and tart, and still others are light and flowery. Today, Ethiopian wild Coffe Arabica retains a touch of the exquisite and extraordinary.
