JavAroma Roasters is a small-batch roasting company focusing on offering its customers high quality coffee with meaning behind it. We are committed to buying, roasting, retailing, and wholesaling specialty coffees. Whether it is in the coffee fields during harvesting season or enjoying an aromatic cup of coffee, JavAroma Roasters will strive to develop the artistic touch in the coffee industry while caring and considering the impact the company will have. Using a farm-to-cup concept, we seek to uphold and raise industry standards by building community through the power of coffee.
The Story Behind JavAroma Roasters
Did I ever think I would own a coffee roasting company? No. I was entering into my senior year at bible college in 2014, I had plans to enter into international missions after graduation. However, God had other plans. With a background in culinary arts, I came back to an idea I had four years ago of owning my own food business. As the pieces started to come together in the Summer 2014, I realized my two passions were being merged together into one unified idea: people and coffee.
To those who know me, I love coffee (okay, I have an obsession). I love the aroma when it is brewing, the various flavors it can have depending upon its origins and of course the energy boost power it gives. And...I love helping others out. So why not create a business focusing on giving customers the best coffee I can find while helping people out? This is the idea that birthed JavAroma Roasters at the end of 2014.
Skipping forward to March 2015, the biggest news came...the location of JavAroma Roasters had finally been decided on in the small town of Mitchell in Southern Indiana! As the weeks progressed in settling in, the company officially launched on May 6th, 2015.
As JavAroma Roasters continues in its growing stages to develop into the vision that has been set forth, I hope you will join me in the journey in using the power of coffee in impacting people's lives.
