For us, specialty coffee is an idea and a passion that requires strict attention to the smallest details, as this is the only way to keep the quality constant. In our roastery, we work with coffees with special, complex flavors from unusual areas and regions, from which we are happy to deliver them to your home or café.
The most outstanding feature of our team is the variety: the three of us encountered coffee in three different ways, getting to know it from quite different sides, and later, without regreting time and energy, we were completely immersed in it. What we have in common is the maximalism with which we all look at our work. The depth, precision and continuous renewal of the profession are crucial points for all of us.
However, our own journey has highlighted that it is not only important to gain recognition for the profession, but also to work so that ultimately enjoying our coffee at home is an experience. Our goal is to ensure consistent quality in addition to seasonal renewal. In connection with our joint work, our mission is not to end with the placing of the order, but to start a joint development and learning.
