We hold our partnership with Catalyst Trade close, the experts in Ethiopian coffee, to source this crowd-favorite Ethiopian blend. Catalyst aimed to capture that iconic flavor profile by masterfully blending coffees from all over Ethiopia. Year after year, they continually produce something perfectly wild, and we are here to celebrate it. Similar to wild horses, this coffee is free-ranging. Keeping it’s bold spirit but remaining a little unpredictable, this blend took a step back from berry-forward and into a sweeter note of mulberry, nutmeg, and jasmine.
