Ethiopia Gora Kone – Fellow Coffee
Off the beaten path and taking the long way round: this washed Ethiopian coffee is worth the effort and then some. Sourced from the remote Gora Kone washing station in the Sidamo region, it had a longer than usual fermentation and drying time, bringing out an intense depth of flavor. We tasted lemon, butter sugar, and sweet blueberries. Basically, all the ingredients for the perfect lemon bar with a blueberry compote topping.
