The Farm
Abana Farms is located in the southwestern part of Ethiopia in the middle of the Oromia region. The name Anderacha comes from a river that borders the estate. The river gets very large in the rainy season and is a source of life and nutrients for the neighboring community and ecosystem. This Anderacha lot was uniquely processed and utilized a 48-hour cherry rest period prior to processing which contributes to the sweetness, complexity, and a body with depth and incredible balance. This is a clean and tropical natural coffee. It has vibrant and rich fruit notes and a heavy, syrupy body with flavor notes of Concord Grape, Bergamot, and Hard Candy.
