CHARACTER
The coffees from India (Malabar) and Indonesia (Mandheling) give this espresso an intensely spicy aroma with a hint of nuts. This composition is complemented with Ethiopian Sidamo coffee, which gives this mixture a fine note of chocolate, citrus-like acidity, and a delicate scent of caramel in the finish. A small amount of Brazilian Guaxupe Dulce fine cup rounds off this full-bodied espresso.
