El Salvador SHG has the typical characteristics of Central American coffees: light body, fragrant, aromatic, balanced and with low acidity. A coffee with sweet but slightly pungent hints, which refer to coriander honey, leaving an aftertaste of dried fruit. “SHG” (Strictly High Grown) means that it is a coffee grown at a height of over 1200 meters: the higher the altitude, the better the quality.
