Our El Salvador espresso combines high-quality Red Bourbon Arabica beans with noble Robusta  to create a balanced and strong composition. The Arabica beans are sustainably cultivated on Finca Espana in a primeval forest region according to strict guidelines at an altitude of 1,200 to 1,500 meters. The special  semi-washed process and the subsequent sun drying result in extraordinary,  honey-like nuances. As it dries, the sweetness and fruitiness of the parchment  skin is transferredto the  bean.
