Lopez is credited for revolutionizing the local coffee value chain at each step in the process. Notably, he constructed a processing facility at Finca el Manzano that allows neighboring farms to sort and prepare their coffee in a more controlled and economically rewarding way, effectively boosting the local economy in the surrounding areas!
