Quality deserves to be valued
How does every journey begin? With you. With your decision, taste, and determination. By what you really are. I am a person whose primary consideration is quality. I am convinced that good things deserve us to fight for them.
I love quality food and quality drinks. This thought has occupied me many times. Since I worked for international companies, I traveled a lot and tasted local specialties everywhere. I was most interested in coffees, which simply tasted better abroad. Exceptionally, coffees from smaller producers tasted the most. They did quality work and I appreciate that. It was precisely these smaller producers that inspired me as well.
I think Slovak coffee may be one of the best. Inspiration became an idea and that was the beginning of the journey. This was followed by a determined breath before taking the first step through the long, demanding work.
Everything is possible, you just have to fight for it persistently
What is the next step if you decide you want to make good coffee? The solution: Make good coffee.
Nothing happens by itself. Nothing happens immediately. Of course, you need to know a little more about coffee. If you are not at home on the subject, you should read on. I have not found any necessary literature in Slovakia, but what is stopping me in this age of the internet?
The beginning of Ebenica to quality was painted like this: me, a big box book about Amazon, and a huge big curiosity about coffee. And some excellent people on my side.

If the enthusiasm is high enough, to begin with, you have tremendous power. I’m so glad I was able to pass that enthusiasm on to the people around me as well
My wife and I have had endless ideas about coffee since the beginning, and my brother and I have had our first barista experience. My parents were so interested that they were both involved. To see the fire in colleagues, we pursue a goal, we follow a path. I think fate can only be influenced with great force, but the fact that my family and friends are by my side is really good luck.
The road to quality is a real adventure that we need to share with others in order to really enjoy it.
