INDO 30 is an exclusive single origin coffee sourced from the islands of Indonesia with an unmistakable flavor attributed to the traditional style of coffee processing used. This coffee is organic and shade grown in harmony with their other fruit crops. The community works together at harvest time, hand picking the coffee fruit.
Medium to dark roast with an earthy aroma accented by notes of tobacco. Certified Organic by Washington State Dept. of Agriculture.
