The coffee beans are bought under the Fairtrade seal, before they are then roasted into a mild coffee at DINZLER am Irschenberg. The Mexico Chiapas Fairtrade organico convinces with its unique and intense taste. Like all types of DINZLER coffee roastery, Mexico Chiapas Organico coffee is refined using the long-term drum roasting process.
Its notes of chocolate and dark berries are best accentuated when they are prepared in a fully automatic machine or in a filter coffee machine.
