DINZLER Coffee Galapagos Bourbon comes from the species-rich and fertile Galapagos Islands. This archipelago is a unique ecosystem in the Pacific and home to the particularly fine Arabica bean “Bourbon”. While coffee trees usually have a lifespan of 30 to 40 years, the Galapagos Bourbon still delivers excellent beans at the age of 120, which thrive completely naturally due to a strict fertilization ban. The cultivation thus meets various organic criteria, even though the coffee is not organically certified. The exquisite bourbon beans are refined and the result is a top coffee with a full aroma.
