An aromatic and refined blend of selected Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, characterized by sweet hints of almond and milk chocolate, with notes of dried fruit.
Decaffeinated coffee is obtained by eliminating the caffeine from the bean still to be roasted: Lavazza applies this procedure in its Pozzilli plant, dedicated exclusively to the decaffeination of green coffee. The process adopted by Lavazza is unique in its kind because it does not use solvents and uses carbon dioxide to better preserve the organoleptic characteristics and the original aromas of the coffee.
