From a small plantation in the highland regions of Colombia: Dallmayr Colombia Pink Bourbon is produced with Pink Bourbon, a rare variety of arabica that requires meticulous care and specific conditions to grow. The pink coffee cherries are hand-picked later than usual, giving the coffee a wonderful fruity depth of flavor, reminiscent of currants and cranberries.
