Back in the 1990s, many coffee roasters resisted adding certified organic coffees to their lineups because they just didn’t taste as good as their conventionally produced offerings. This didn’t stop people who cared from demanding organic coffees from their favorite roasters. These people and their passion for doing what they believe is right led most roasters to add organic coffees to their lineups. And this blend is our homage to them.

Conscientious Objector is our certified organic blend created for those who follow their conscience. Blended for full flavor and roasted for a more developed body, Conscientious Objector delivers a bigger cup with real bass. Central and South American coffees are balanced out by an Ethiopian for a classic, sweet creaminess and fruitiness upfront with a deep cocoa finish.
