We are a company specialized in the selection and roasting of Green Coffee. We have always believed in the selection and care of each grain. Because it is with this attention to every detail that the culture of coffee grows over time.

Every day, the beans are tasted, roasted and ground. This is how perfect recipes are born, the result of gestures that come from afar.

We are aware of our origins.

For over 40 years we have cultivated solid relationships with the best producers around the world, capable of meeting our highest quality standards. Our careful gaze follows each step. Before buying green coffee, a sample reaches our Turin office. Here Mr. Carlo personally tries the coffee. He knows how to recognize the quality and the different origins and only if everything is as it should be the order proceeds. When the coffee reaches a European port, another sample is sent to Mr. Carlo. It is essential for him that the quality of each grain remains perfect during the journey.

In our office, we are attentive to everything.

The coffee beans are stored, origin by origin, directly in the Turin office. Here they will then be toasted.

We always aim for excellence.

Pietro Vergnano chooses only the best coffee beans. It is he himself who makes sure that all the raw materials used, at every stage of processing and in the final products, comply with the quality and safety standards required by national regulations and specific laws.

We defend tradition.

Roasting is the most delicate phase in the production of coffee. To obtain a perfect balance between aroma and intensity of taste, the beans must reach a perfect level of shearing taking into account that they are all different from each other in shape and size. This is possible thanks to slow roasting, a traditional method, different from industrial processes that allows for uniform cooking.

From Turin to the conquest of the world.

Also here, in the Caffè Vergnano headquarters, fresh coffee is packaged and then shipped to bars and shops all over the world. Thus the quality of each origin is valued and tasted everywhere.
