A sweet and light cru with discreet fresh notes.
This vintage comes from several departments in the northeast of Nicaragua. The main economic resource of the country, agriculture employs 40% of the active population. Coffee is one of the country’s main export crops.
Introduced in the middle of the 19th century, coffee plays a major role in the country’s integration into the global economic system. Much of the coffee production comes from small family farms.
