COFFEE BEANS HONDURAS
Wonderfully fragrant coffee, slightly tart, sweet and balanced, with a fruity flavor. It goes well with sweet desserts, with dried fruits and milk chocolate.
The country has many farms called “fincas”. To fight against the fall in prices, small producers have grouped together in a cooperative. The cooperative from which this vintage comes was created in 2000, following the passage of Hurricane Mitch. Bringing together 170 members today, it has become a model for other cooperatives in the country.
