COFFEE BEANS CHINA SIMAO
Soft and velvety coffee, persistent and well balanced, flavored with slightly spicy green notes.
Coffee is mainly grown in the province of Yunnan, in the south of the country. Our vintage comes from the Simao district, not far from the borders with Myanmar, Vietnam and Laos, coffee-producing countries.
Coffee plantations have developed thanks to the increase in coffee consumption. This made it possible to discover excellent Arabicas as well as new flavors. Traditionally, the Chinese population is a big tea drinker. But, under Western influence, restaurants and hotels began to offer coffee, which allowed consumption to increase rapidly.
