This coffee comes to us from Santa Bárbara, Honduras, and is processed by Beneficio San Vicente (BSV). The Cielito Lindo association is a leader in quality coffee in Honduras, and in conjunction with BSV have produced many of the coffees that have made Honduran coffees known globally, including many coffees served on stage at the World Barista Competition. This association has pivoted towards focusing on quality and excellent processing, and it really shows in the cup.
