Caffe Roen Single Origin Guatemala

Description

From the volcanic region of Antigua in Guatemala, which has always been known for the excellent quality of its coffees, we have selected this exceptional single origin of washed Arabica coffee. It is a special selection of the best coffee beans in the region, carried out by the Pastores farm which has more than 50 years of experience in the coffee beans sector. 

 Thanks to the drum roasting carried out by our artisan roasting, rigorously at low temperature, we were able to enhance the best characteristics of this artisan coffee thus obtaining a rich and delicate blend, with a fine floral aroma. Once prepared, it presents itself with a subtle and smooth light hazelnut cream and light mahogany stripes, together with a moderate, elegant and balanced acidity that goes well with its round and enveloping body. These aromas give way in the end to a delicate aftertaste of cherry and milk chocolate: characteristics that make it perfect for an authentic soft and delicate Italian espresso!
